Bank-grade data security with independent financial handling. Most of these protections are already built into every Blog Swiftly account — here's exactly what they are and how they work.
Blog Swiftly uses industry-standard encryption to protect your drafts, invoices, and magic-link workflows. All subscription transactions are processed securely through PCI-certified payment gateways. Blog Swiftly never stores full payment credentials or directly processes project funds — that stays between you, your client, and the payment platform you choose.
All subscriptions are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 payment provider. Blog Swiftly never receives, stores, or processes your full card number, CVV, or bank details — Stripe owns that responsibility entirely. We hold only your subscription status and billing history.
Your accounts, blog posts, personas, channels, estimates, invoices, and client data are private to your workspace. The Blog Swiftly platform admin can only access the minimal account data needed to run login, billing, and core service operation (name and email) — never a blogger's content, credentials, or client data unless explicitly added as a team member to that specific account. Editors and approvers you invite see only the account they were invited to.
Reviewers and clients never need a Blog Swiftly password. Approver, estimate, wireframe, and deliver-to-client review links use short-lived, single-use, tokenized access keys — each review round gets its own unique token, so every link ever sent stays valid and an unauthorized party can't edit a post or invoice from a stale link. Tokens are scoped to a single document and action.
Before any post reaches your website, Blog Swiftly runs the body through a server-side allowlist sanitizer that strips scripts, hidden iframes, event handlers (onclick, onerror, etc.), javascript: URLs, and dangerous CSS. A literal <script> tag blocks the publish entirely so you're alerted; anything else is cleaned automatically and flagged in the publish dialog. Your clients' websites stay safe from injected code.
Google Analytics and LinkedIn connect through official OAuth — you authorize access through the provider and can revoke it at any time. WordPress publishing uses the WordPress REST API with your own application password, stored encrypted and used only to publish your content. We never ask for, and never store, the master password to any of your accounts.
The Service is served exclusively over HTTPS — your connection to Blog Swiftly is encrypted in transit, and your stored data is encrypted at rest by our hosting platform. Drafts, invoices, estimates, and magic-link workflows are all protected. Platform credentials (such as WordPress application passwords) are stored encrypted and used only to publish your content.
Sidebar display ads ship with rel="nofollow sponsored noreferrer" and a visible "Sponsored" label, so affiliate and partner relationships are disclosed honestly and never passed off as editorial content.
Estimates and invoices sent through Blog Swiftly are delivered via Resend (TLS) and carry a "Delivered securely via Blog Swiftly" footer, so recipients can verify the file originated from our platform and hasn't been tampered with in transit. Transaction fulfillment still happens through the third-party payment platforms you choose (PayPal, Venmo, Upwork, etc.) — we provide the tools, not the escrow.
Because Blog Swiftly doesn't store credit-card details or process client-to-freelancer funds directly, we don't require heavy financial compliance like full PCI-DSS merchant auditing — Stripe owns that. Our trust focus is data privacy, secure authentication, document integrity, and platform legitimacy. For the specific encryption ciphers and independent audits of our hosting platform, contact us and we'll connect you with the details from our infrastructure provider.
